Our program was founded by Larry Janesky, an entrepreneur who started his own contracting business as a teenager. He understands that a trade business is not just a job; it’s a foundation for building a legacy. That’s why the SoE Blue Collar Training Program is different. The Journey Through the SoE Program

The first step is exploration or we’ll even call it experimentation. We understand that choosing a career is a big decision, which is why we offer multiple avenues to try out and learn about and become a specialist within.

SoE Live! Events. Three times a year, we host our SoE Live! 2-Day seminars. These events are an incredible opportunity for students, parents, counselors, and mentors to immerse themselves in our world.
