What is the SoE Blue Collar Training Program?

This program empowers students aged 15-21 to pursue careers in home services and home improvement through management training or business ownership paths. You get access to SoE's proven curriculum, systems, processes, mentorship, and tools to lead teams or build your own business—real skills for a purposeful future.

Who is eligible for the school?

All are welcome to apply. This program has a focus on young people 15-21 with passion for home services (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, remodeling, roofing and more). No prior experience needed—just drive and a desire for management or ownership.

Do I need to be in high school or college to apply?

No—it's flexible for students exploring trades. Whether you're in school, working a side gig, or just starting out, focus on your interest in management or ownership paths.

Is this only for starting a business, or can I focus on management?

Both! Choose ownership to build your empire or management to lead teams as a high-value employee—real paths to purpose and growth in home services.

What if I'm not sure about trades yet?

That's okay—many young students start unsure but discover passion through real training. Explore management or ownership to see what fits your drive.

How do I apply for a scholarship if I cannot afford the tuition?

Follow our simple 3-step journey: 1) Book a 1:1 Call and read 'The Highest Calling' book. 2) Apply by submitting your essay, video, references, and prove your financial assistance need. 3) Get selected and start your training! It's real and straightforward—share your story honestly.

What should my essay cover?

Keep it real! Not Ai Generated. Write 300-500 words on why home services / home improvement excites you—whether leading teams in management or building your own business. Share your passion and how this program fits your growth.

How do I make a great video for my application?

Be yourself! 2-3 minutes sharing your drive for management or ownership in trades. Talk honestly about what inspires you—keep it real and heartfelt to connect.

Who should I ask for references?

Choose people who know your personal strengths—like parents, teachers, bosses, or mentors. They attest to your potential in trades leadership or ownership.

What does the SoE Blue Collar Training Program cover?

How long is the program?

The entrepreneurial training program is a three year curriculum path. While the management training programs are two years for General Management training and one year for Department Management specific career roles.

Will I get mentorship?

What's the difference between management and ownership paths?
