The SOE Trades Leadership Program was created to fill that gap. We train young professionals to think like owners, lead like managers, and build careers that last, without a four-year degree and without the debt.
Our mission is simple: give every motivated young person in the trades a clear path from entry-level to leadership, and give them the tools, mentorship, and community to walk it.
