1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the website soebluecollar.org (the "Site"), the SOE learning application (the "App"), or any programs offered by the School of Entrepreneurship ("SOE," "we," "our," or "us"), a division of Contractor Nation, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Site, App, or programs. If you are under 18 years of age, your parent or legal guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf before you may use our services.
2. Description of Services
SOE provides online management and leadership training programs for young professionals ages 15 and up who are entering or interested in the home improvement and home services trades. Our services include access to curriculum content through our learning App, coaching and accountability calls, live training events, and community resources. Program tracks include Entrepreneurial Owner (3-year), General Manager (2-year), and Department Management specializations (1-year each): Sales Manager, Marketing Manager, Production and Service Manager, Accounting Manager, Appointment Center Manager, and Recruiting Manager.
3. Eligibility
Our programs are open to individuals ages 15 and older. Applicants under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian who consents to enrollment and these Terms. Enrollment is subject to our application and review process. We reserve the right to decline enrollment at our discretion.
4. Enrollment and Payment
Program pricing, payment terms, and any available sponsorship arrangements will be communicated during the enrollment process. All fees are as stated at the time of enrollment. Sponsorship terms are governed by separate agreements between the student, SOE, and the sponsoring business.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on our Site and within our App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, curriculum materials, course content, training methodologies, and software, is the property of Contractor Nation and the School of Entrepreneurship or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise use any of our content without our prior written permission, except as reasonably necessary for your personal use as an enrolled student.
6. Student Conduct
As a student or user of our services, you agree to: use our Site, App, and programs only for their intended educational purposes; not share your login credentials with others; not distribute, copy, or share curriculum materials, video content, or proprietary program resources with anyone outside of your authorized access; treat fellow students, mentors, and staff with respect in all community interactions; and provide accurate and truthful information during enrollment and throughout your participation.
Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of access to our programs without refund.
7. Disclaimers
Our programs are educational in nature. While we believe our training provides valuable skills for careers in the trades, we do not guarantee specific employment outcomes, income levels, or business results. Testimonials and success stories shared on our Site or in our materials represent individual experiences and are not guarantees of typical results. Your success depends on many factors including your own effort, skills, market conditions, and opportunities.
Our Site and App are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or completeness of our Site, App, or content.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SOE and Contractor Nation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Site, App, or programs, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the total fees you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9. Third-Party Services
Our Site and programs may integrate with or link to third-party services, including GoHighLevel (enrollment and communication), the SOE App (app.soebluecollar.org), and social media platforms. Your use of these third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, functionality, or practices of third-party services.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify enrolled students of material changes via email. Continued use of our Site, App, or programs after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may cancel your enrollment by contacting us at info@soebluecollar.org. Cancellation and refund terms will be provided during the enrollment process.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Connecticut.
