The complete leadership and business path for a young adult who wants to build, lead, or own a trades company.

A strong fit when: They are serious about leading or owning a trades company and ready for the longest development path.

A student can begin with Department Management and advance to General Management or Entrepreneurial Owner later. Every dollar already paid applies to the higher path, dollar for dollar.

Every course already completed remains completed, so the student continues forward instead of starting over. This is a credit toward the higher path, not a reason to make the first decision feel permanent.

A student advisor reaches out, your child gets access to the SOE app, and the welcome series begins. Training runs about 20 to 30 minutes a day, alongside school or a job.

Enrollment questions

Department Management is a one-year path at $399 per month and covers management training for one department. General Management is a two-year path at $699 per month and covers all departments. Entrepreneurial Owner is a three-year path at $999 per month and provides the broadest preparation for company-wide leadership and ownership.
