Learn. Build. Lead.

Leadership and Business Training for the Next Generation of Trades Companies.
Practical online training for young people ready to contribute in management, leadership, and ownership roles.
Every strong trades business depends on two kinds of expertise: people who master the work and people who help the business run. At the SOE Trades Leadership Program, we train young professionals for the second kind — the people who run crews, manage projects, and build businesses.
Whether you are 15 and just starting, or you have already been working and know you are ready for more, we give you the tools to build a path where growing skill leads to growing responsibility and value.

Meet Larry Janesky
Larry started as a carpenter at 17 and had his own company by 20. He grew it past $50 million in annual revenue and earned 31 patents. He founded Contractor Nation in 1990, and then this school, so the next young person doesn't have to figure out the business side alone.
